This week the IFT students started with the Experience Design course, after they enjoyed a weekend filled with trips to Volendam, Amsterdam and Brussels.
On Monday 4 July, the first edition of the NHTV Summer School started. 15 students and one attending lecturer from our partner university Institute for Tourism (IFT) from Macao, China were welcomed by Hein van Oorschot, as well as the lecturers and colleagues involved with the organisation of the programme.
The renewed NHTV-wide Change Minor will kick off in September 2016. Just like in the past two years, the NHTV Campus developments will be at the centre of this minor.

On 15 June, during the Invitational Conference Master’s Education 2016, the action plan for the professional Masters was submitted to Minister Jet Bussemaker. NHTV played an important role in the presentation of the plan. Niels Bonenkamp has a seat on the action committee and Master in Media Innovation alumna Yasamin Ferdousbarin handed over the plan.
In the past months NHTV delivered a Six Sigma Green Belt training course for study association Asset | Strategy & Logistics at Tilburg University. Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement.
